We Are
The SAC Project
A Youth Led Project Based In the Central Valley of California
What is Societal Awareness?
Changing an ideology or belief is difficult but not impossible. Societal Awareness is looking past the barriers that separate communities. It is our ability to understand and relate to others despite race, gender, ethnicity, religion, or socioeconomic status.

The SAC Project, or the Societal Awareness for Change Project, aims to promote equality through perspective throughout the United States.

We host community workshops, events, and school chapters to spread a message we want to share with the world: "We Are All Human." The best part, anyone can do the same.

The Reality
Societal Awareness has decreased significantly over the past 10-15 years. Although new policy determines to achieve equality for all, it is up to society. Societal Awareness is achievable, not impossible.

Everyone comes from different walks of life. Everyone has different experiences with the world. Everyone is not the same.
But, Everyone is human.
The world will always be imperfect. There are structures of inequality that determines status due to wealth, gender, race, ethnicity, etc. To look past that is to be societally aware.
